Booth Details
The goal of the vendor selection process is to choose vendors with high-quality, diverse products and to achieve the best possible balance of vendors.
Booth spaces are approximately 9 ft deep x 12 ft wide and are assigned by the event co-chairs.

Special consideration is given to large-scale items and electricity requirements. Vendors provide their own tables, displays, and merchandising accessories including signage. Event maps will be placed throughout the venue and shoppers will be provided with digital programs featuring the vendor locations.
Fees & Benefiting Organizations
Booth fees are equivalent to 20% of a vendor’s total sales (excluding tax) from the event. These contributions are tax-deductible donations benefiting the local charities voted upon by the MOYC members. This year our focus is inclusion of children with special needs and our primary beneficiaries will be EMBRACE and the Olivia Bloomfield Foundation. Vendors are strongly encouraged to donate an item or items that best represent their products for a raffle basket at the event. These items are also tax-deductible contributions.
